Technical direction

We have a team of professionals to get involved in the sports management organization chart, from the technical direction or providing support to it. We determine the strengths and weaknesses in 4 areas: sports, training, innovation and administrative.

This allows the development of an action plan that defines concrete actions to achieve the objectives in the 4 areas mentioned.The entity will receive reports where the actions are evaluated and reviewed based on KPIs that measure the progress of the action plan. Our intervention is broken down in our ForeFront Decalogue which you will find below. To each point we bring a unique vision in line with our experience in Professional Clubs.

Caring of your entity values and philosophy

We watch over to resilience and strengthen the institution’s idiosyncrasy to identify values that are recognized for all professionals and supporters, which allow us to establish a management and sports action plan that aligns all decisions.

Establish a recognizable game idea

We implement the Location Game as the common Game Idea for all teams, thus creating a coherent evolutionary line in the different stages that causes an exponential development of the players, also taking advantage of the significant characteristics of the entity’s current game idea.

Improve the pedagogical exchange between coaches and players

Neuroscience demonstrates the importance of the learning atmosphere that coaches create during the training sessions and matches. Player creativity and autonomy are key aspects of his/her development, which arise when he/she can motor-express himself/herself. We achieve this by promoting integrated team management based on an active pedagogy applied to training tasks -Preferred Simulated Situations-.

Create the appropriate training context

Preferred Simulated Situations (PSS) are training proposals that simulate the game’s context in variability, with representative information of the Location Game, focusing on a particular intention of this idea. Our PSSs are designed with implicit constraints that maintain high player freedom of motor action, which fosters the emergence of emotion-based decision-making, indispensable for being functional in small space-time situations which are very usual in football.

Improve the players through their potential profiles

We optimize all players in the agreed game idea based on establishing their potential profiles. Through a holistic analysis, an action plan is defined according to his/her position and his/her natural behaviors – Areas of Preferred Actions -, and a follow-up that is done with a periodic video report that allows the Decision-Making observation via his/her emotions. This report also allows us to distinguish the skills that future players for the entity must have.

Optimize the coaches’ process report

Bidirectional communication between the organization and the coaches is crucial for the organization to have a vision and ability to evaluate the process, and for the coaches to stay aligned and act in the short and long-term properly. We know what and how the collection of relevant information should be reported in order to assure efficient communication.

Advise on technological applications

The collection, traceability and custody of the information generated is necessary to be able to work cooperatively and with a common objective, as well as to monitor the actions taken. We implement the appropriate technological applications according to the action plan, report and monitoring that is being carried out.

Execute a training program for coaches

We train the entity’s professionals with our ForeFront Method Program in face-to-face format and a subsequent mentoring (follow-up, resolution of doubts and updates) online programs in order to carry out the previous 7 points. In this way, those involved in the project will be able to promote it to high quality standards through their proactive intervention.

Coordinate the departments of the entity

Coordination of the entity’s departments is necessary for all professionals to work for a common idea, and to launch transversal projects that add value to players, coaches and, finally, to the entity. The methodology department performs the function of dynamization and coordination. We create synergies to optimize this process.

Promote innovation and research

An innovation radar needs to be maintained to capture the latest trends in training, pedagogy, technology applications and other key points that keep the organization at the forefront. We offer an innovation service where the latest developments in previously mentioned fields are provided to be implemented in the organization.
